Eleos Signals
Employee Engagement Survey 2026
Why we're asking
Fast growth brings a lot of change, and we want to take a pulse on how that change is feeling across the team. Eleos Signals gives us a chance to pause, listen, and understand what the employee experience really looks like today.
We're hearing valuable feedback in 1:1s, conversations, and exits, but we want to understand the bigger picture. Your input helps us make more informed decisions about how we support our people, our managers, and the culture we're building — while understanding what's working, where we can do better, and what we should protect as Eleos grows.
Your honest input matters.
Confidentiality & anonymity
We want you to feel safe being honest. Share what's working, what isn't, and where we can do better.
- Your individual answers are never shown to your manager or leadership. Results are only shared in aggregate for groups of 5+. Teams with fewer than 5 roll up into department results.
- We ask for your department and team only to help us understand where support or attention may be needed and prioritize the right actions — never to identify you.
- Demographic details (like tenure or gender) are viewed individually and in aggregate, never combined with team data to narrow down who responded.
- Open-ended responses are reviewed for themes and patterns, not attributed to individuals.
- Some questions are optional. Share what you feel comfortable sharing — honest feedback is what helps us understand the real employee experience and make Eleos better.
Viewed on its own, in aggregate — never combined with your team or other demographics.
Optional — skip this if you'd rather not answer. Viewed on its own, never combined with your team or other demographics.
A couple more quick questions.
This helps us route feedback to the right teams — it's never used to identify you.
